Hi CDU'ers,




I received a telephone call today from an Investigation Officer in the Commonwealth Ombudsman's Office, in response to my letter of the 14th March, 2013, concerning the irregular trading practices in the ASX with CuDeco(CDU) Limited and 3 other companies.

I was informed by the Invezstigation Officer that the Commonwealth Ombudsman's office only do one investigation into a complaint, and even though I had submitted additional material to my earlier representations in February, 2012, the Commonwealth Ombudsman would not investigate this matter again.

It makes you wonder what is going on in the Financial System in this country.

Surely,it is an indication of how easy it is for manipulators to rort shareholders, when there is little or no forensic auditing taking place into serious anomalies raised in research undertaken by shareholders and referred to Competent Authority for investigation.


Referred for the information of CDU shareholders concerned. The research for our part will be continued until the matter is resolved.
