This is the thing that makes me ask what is wrong with the LYC people on HC.
They have no qualms about making misleading statements in posts or worse still in title. Not this instance, but we had have people declare the GE13 date in the title, or today declare that "Lynas is free of SMSL Report."
From the previous posts - the actual result was that Judge Marian said that she will decided whether to recuse herself on April 19th. And yet people posted the result in anecdotal form saying told them to wait a month and then said No.
Can't believe I have to ask - but Do you know the difference between something that's only happened in your head and something that has actually happened?
Posting deliberately misleading information is just not amusing. Some of the people here seem to be posting for the sake of a thumbs up rating on thier post, without too much thought about the truth content of the post.
