Hi All,

Hoping someone can answer the following question:

To fill a gap does the SP need to trade at the level the gap was created or can it trade at the next higher increment. e.g. say the gap was between 66 and 75 and the SP moved down to 67 is the gap filled or does the SP need to trade at 66?
