Large holders must declare a 1% +/- movement in THEIR current holding, not 1% +/- movement in total shares outstanding ... the two things are unrelated.

You shouldn't also assume 100% of the past months selling can be assigned to one large holder as that would be unrealistic

Vanguard Precious Metals and Mining Fund 5% holding
or
Franklin Resources, Inc and its affiliates 5.28% holding
or
M&G Investment Funds 13.07% holding (unlikely since they own 62 million shares)


whoever it is, they are taking a bath for sure.

very little downside from here for new buyers or those averaging in with a massive upside ahead IMO.
