The announcement was good and a great step forward but the handling not so much.
What confuses me was the way the announcement was made. Considering how little information was released I'm not sure why they needed a trading halt. It also concerns me that the The Australian had details the the release prior to the market.
All look to be an attempt to boost the stock but with it closing at 0.27c made it a pointless exercise. You can't con the market. In essence it looked amateur.
