    Dear Mr *********,

Further to our PDF letter dated 25 September 2005, I attach a copy of two letters delivered by courier to BQT Solutions Ltd, requiring this company to remove the BQT announcements (09 June 2005 and 01 September 2005) from the ASX website by the deadline date 05 October 2005.

We discovered the existance of both BQT announcements on recieving emails from BQT shareholders in Australia, who were able to identify Monoco Ltd from the UK company register. We recieved the 1-st email on 02 September 2005.

I trust this letter clarifies the present position.

    Yours sincerely,

    (signed)
    Neil Rhiando
    Director

    Attention:Board of Directors

I refer to the BQT announcements submitted to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on the 01 September 2005.

BQT is not a Monoco client as claimed in the BQT announcement and Monoco is not the holding company. Monoco represents the Consortium of Designers and Engineers (CODE), the technical resource for the project development of the transaction system for Brand Cards.

The BQT announcement dated 01 September 2005 consists entirely of copyright material which has been reproduced by BQT without obtaining the prior written consent of the copyright proprietor - Monoco Limited. It is an offence to knowingly reproduce and distribute copyright material without the proprietors consent under the Worldwide Intellectual Property Act.

    Prime Security

BQT have also implanted the 2nd - paragraph under the above heading which refers to the expressions "fingerprint template" - "physical match" - "scramble pin pad". This suggests that Brand Cards terminals are fitted with biometrics devices, such devices generate numeric variants and it is impossible for a computer to match two variants to identify the same person at any terminal location.

A computer can only compare two variants by statistical analysis using a algorithm - this is not the science of identity for a transaction system - national or global.

Monoco is the only company in the world which has developed and protected the identifier method of facsimile matching numeric constants to identify every individual person in the world with 100% accuracy for executing a transaction using a payment or identity card.

    NOTICE

We herewith notify the board of directors that BQT Solutions Ltd reproduced the copyright material of Monoco without obtaining prior written consent of the proprietor and issued a false statement that BQT is a Monoco client. We demand that the BQT announcement (1st September 2005) is removed from the ASX website within the next 14 days from this letter date.

We require a copy of the BQT letter delivered to the Australian Stock Exchange within 14 days.

I refer to the BQT announcements submitted to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on the 01 September 2005.

No order has been placed with BQT for any component at this moment in time.

This component is currently awaiting approval by the Holding Company which shall grant national franchises for the supply of systems and services in each country. Orders are subject to the Holding Company agreeing to acquire the proprietary rights from BQT for the component described as a "transceivor".

The Nexus letters (two) dated 01 June 2005 and marked Strictly Confidential" were sent to BQT for the sole purpose of informing the board of directors at the request of Mr Genner. Instead, the content of the letters have been used by Mr Genner for the purpose of disclosure to the Australian Stock Exchange to promot the activities of BQT by way of public (ASX) announcements on the 09 June 2005, and again, on the 01 September 2005.
