I wote a similar post as to what they need in order to break even or even get into profit.
It comes to profit per tube sold... and as a gusstimate id say $2-3 per tube?.. donno if thats being conservative or if its too rich.
Selling online they could get upto $10.00 profit per tube.. its much more direct.
@ $3.00 per tube if each store (2000) sold 6 tubes a week it would be $432,000 profit
Again, $3.00 could be a bit high or low as a guidance.
The positive is that we were at $250.00 or so per store for a qtr when we reached a spectacular cashflow of 290K.
Prehaps they just stocked it in the stores hence the stabilising effect.
from memory it was 165K for the qtr.. based on 850 stores.
so the selling per store has dropped a fair bit to aprox $195 per store per qtr.
@ 2000 if we substitute this figure (195) we get $388,000
So even though sales stabilised.. given the rapid store count increase we can make up for the loss using post qtr sales..
GEL and RED could make up te 120K or so to 500K to break even .
