I believe that when MtKellet came to the party with their money, the convertable bonds had a clause in them which ensure any further dilution via more shares being issued would not dilute their own holdings.... thus there is an adjustment made to support their initial investment after the last issue of shares.
Not a huge deal, although I am envious of their ability to do it and me not being able to... that is big business and the terms they operate under.
Effect on share price now ? not much.
