RER. Isn't other Congo the old People's Rep of Congo? ie the Marxist one? They are ones who had civil war etc?? Happy to be corrected. I am ambidextrous so as soon as there are two options I get confused. I read Wikipedia and thought DRC better.

Had a closer look and you have to discount chart over 12mth imo. Results are "encouraging" but not amazing without more.
I would say mid 8s is good level to take atm. imo
