I think you guys are all missing the points
if one holds MPJ, then 50km is near.
If one doesnt hold MPJ, then 50km is the same distance between the earth & the moon.
if one holds RER, then the country risk on it is somewhat satisfactory
if one doesnt hold RER, then that country is the living hell of the mankind
