If my memory serves me correctly, the December decision was due to Right Hon Tony Burke being on a 'junket' to Antarctica and not having sufficient time to decide whether some rare '9 legged' spider may have to be relocated to another rock outcrop (despite having all the State Approvals from every conceivable Department & Authority known to man).
This time I believe he is on a 'junket' to India, all be it that the decision was "expected to be well before Mar 31st".
Yet another Labour political blunder....and to blame it all on the fact that Mar 31st "falls on a Sunday".....well I guess the Secretary didn't have the Diary with her whilst 'playing in the South Pole snow'.
An absolute joke Tony!
