Are you saying the Victorian and Federal Government set up the $90 million ALDP program, and the DPI have now appointed an assessment panel reviewing ALDP applications at great expense to the taxpayer, as some kind of 'smoke and mirrors' scheme?
Doesn't that seem unlikely to you?
Perhaps you could set out the reasons for your view.
In particular what part of the ALDP program's implementation to date (given it has hit every deadline and milestone it said it would) supports your idea that is 'smoke and mirrors'?
