I like it, it gives us financial security at a premium share price with lots of flexability. It gives us time over 2 years to even pay it out and refinance to stop further dilution by conversion. Very fexible, and a well negotiated deal whilst insuring against any future market weaknesses in share price. We should not be vulnerable to shorting that previously saw share price decimated when cash flow was questionable.
