What they want is a world-wide Islamic Caliphate. Bin Laden has said it and so have all his lieutenants, including Zakarwi in Iraq, and they've said it numerous times.
Whilst they seem to be able to recruit sufficient bombers, they seem to be unable to recruit people who can think up an alternate strategy to get them closer to their goal of a world-wide Islamic Caliphate. Maybe the people who call the shots are stupid too, dangerous but stupid - doing the same thing over and over again (suicide and IED bombing) but expecting different results...that's just gotta be stupid.
In Western countries the electorates are waking up and moving (albeit at different rates) further away from the political left (Islamic appeasers). And when the first bomb goes off in Australia the rules will change - our turf, our rules. Not Indonesian turf and Indonesian rules. Big, big difference.
Who knows The Liberal Party might even be praying for it - they'll be in power for a generation or more, the electorate won't risk putting Labor back in !! No way. And watch our Immigration Policies change. Our front-door, our right to say who comes in (and who goes out). Starting to hear it now...
