    I fully agree. Just having 10 going through the books is enough for me.

    Finacing is one of the most difficult areas and these people are looking at scores of millions so a lot of facts need to be looked at, appraised, calculations done, etc etc.

    While I am no expert finalisation, etc may take 6 months.
