Japan have stated that they are only going to bring back the reactors "slowly", so demand for Uranium will likely stay flat for some time.

So my view is ablation if built will sit idle for some time. Likely why they are only going to build a semi Commercial Scales ablation.(remember the semi ablation will be built using parts from the micky mouse ablation unit they were testing) so the semi will still a micky mouse one.
How is a Commercial Scales ablation going to get a permits if its not built for testing to show how it works.

buc why are you trying to discuss borehole drilling, BLR "dosen't" have exclusive right to it... irrelevant to BLR buc.
We know BLR uses borehole with its own ablation Technology!
