    The cut from the annc -

    "...and the tortious interference lawsuit recently filed by a subsidiary of GGP against Paul Page and Petro Raider LLC."

    What it means to me on the face of itis that they have issued new proceedings against Page/Petro. It doesnt say 'counterclain' - hence indicates new proceedings.

    I'll find out tuesday and report back.
