He didn't do that at the 2010 election and despite assurances given in November 2012 didn't cough up early in 2013.
That booklet is a collection of his motherhood statements which is totally lacking in specifics, details, costings etc.
Julia Gillard and Wayne Swan have not gained the admiration or support of mainstream Australians; partly due to their limitations and partly due to the trashing job done by Abbott.
As for having runs on the board, only data deniers can ignore world best macro-economic KPIs such as a AAA rating, 3% OCR, 3.4% GDP growth rate, 25% of GDP for national debt ...
If Abbott is to become PM mainstream Australians have every right to know how he will fund his great big nanny state for the wealthy.
