Banjar we were talking about terrorism in Indonesia. This is your previous post that I was responding to.

lekki, it's fairly easy to reason that those who are involved in the front line on terrorists attacks are not the brightest sparks around. What I can't understand is why then do so many people pay so much attention to every word uttered by those who are captured. You see it here on HC with people quoting them and analysing what they say as if they are world authorities and their word is gospel. I have no doubt they have views to express but I see them as nothing more than robots without minds of their own, merely doing and saying what they have been told.
As I mentioned before it is not these public nobodies that we should be concerned about, but those safely several layers away who are calling the shots, and whose ambitions are most likely completely different to what they are letting the foot sodiers believe. Until we understand what they are on about we are unable to counter the threat they pose.
