    Has Dart Bottomed yet?

    The Directors seem to think so.

    Does anyone suppose that they (Dart) have any thoughts on returning to NSW to resume operations in a more business friendly environment . . . say after September?

    Or have they effectively written off all the Australian (NSW) assets?
