Having a friend and her daughter stay over tonight, so I am making a nice tuna casserole. Using a chicken and mushroom soup as the base flavour. Nothing fancy. Has anyone got any good tuna casserole recipes? I like seeing other versions.
Not sure about dessert yet. If I have time, I might make a lemon tart, and serve that with double cream. Yum.
