NG on NYMEX now $4.13, NY State price is a bit higher, not not sure where the exact prices are. Difference stated in EEG company reports.

So reserves should improve next reserves report. Last report they dropped. We are hedged for most of our NG production but this will help revenues from the rest of our gas production and shrinkage reduction (rationale behind recent pipeline purchase).

Company expects NT landholders agreement soon, hopefully this quarter. Then we can start with the serious exploration work.

Anyones thoughts as to a farmout after we get the licences?

Last year we repaid $10 odd million in debt. Going forward that could pay for some sismic 2013, and a maybe a couple of holes in NT late 2013 early 2014, and still repay some debt.

In this company for the possible shale, but nice to see the legacy business improving.
