IMO it sounds like PLV didnt want to pay the Summit intro fees since WEG have seemingly turned out to be a lemon, or at best they wanted a discount.

Personally, I think it is a little more complex than that.
I have always believed that Summit is the creator of timeone/weg.
Summit is WEG.
Looks like there was a clause in the contract that gave Summit /WEG a lot of leverege ... and they have used it.
