    If there had of been an offer, he would have announced it and provided a recommendation.

    Directors these days are advised by their lawyers to announce any offer otherwise be subject to personal legal action from shareholders.

    Company may just be finished. A sorry end to a very long running saga.
    Management just could not take it to the next stage. They should have moved on.
