I may well be reading it wrong, but unless the land purchase is an extremely small amount of ground, this means if the initial drilling campaign is successful, instead of having to re-negotiate future land assess with the owner, with QPN being the actual owner of the land, any close-by, follow up drilling could commence immediately.
No need to re-negotiate with yourself!
As I say, maybe I've read this wrong, but it comes across to me as though 'purchasing' the land is a new twist. And a potentially positive twist at that. I actually thought this would move the SP up today - something that as yet hasn't occured.
Thoughts? Have I read this wrong?
