    $18million (0.355 x 49,000,000) for the shares so say $24million for the shares
    ..................................

    I don't think PLV can buy back the shares. From memory , under ASX rules a buy back has to be offered to ALL shareholders.

    Hopefully this was done in some round about way ... but hopefully it was done.
