Thats because there were no huge delays due to protesting.There have only been huge delays because of incompetence in governance by the state libs. Horrible.
Thanks for saying it slower (you are aware we are reading all this right?) Why would metgasco resubmit a water plan? For what project? They have indefinitely suspended operations. Seems a redundant and ridiculous question to me.
