They came out and announced that there is no material change to circumstances when the shares got smashed a few weeks ago. Now management are agreeing to a takeover of 60 cents? I don't understand this nonsense. Clearly they have failed to keep the market informed and have not met their disclosure requirements.
You would expect a class action but i dont think this will happen if the company goes private!
