Burnett : you think logically and most people are ties up in emotion it classic psychology play ... take the case of PERSON wanting to lose it all because he doesn't want people buy it cheap...

My Psycho professor was on the money on this one....
most people act irrational when they feel they are being ripped off or unfairly judge ...he said they will go as far as losing it all or forgo any benefit just so the other side doesn't get a better deal than him ...to prove the point...an experiment was carry out with dozen of couple...

    2 people don't know one another...given $50...the rule
one person make an offer of the split...2 cant talk to one another...if the receiver agree...... both get to split the money on how it was offered...one person disagree...no one get the money...but the professor is in control...

when he made a $10 $40 split...none of the receiver accept the deal because he feel the other person is greedy and want most of the money and he get hard done by him....he rather forgo his gain just so the other person is missing out as well :-)

but this is irrational, it's free money they should accept even if it was offer them a $1..FREE money...

but when the offer was closer to 50% split most receiver accept the deal...
