it's a real pity that the company haven't been able to do this deal with sophisticated investors at a fixed price preferably above 10 c to give a floor to the mkt here. It definitely shakes the confidence that they have apparently been unable to do this. Now we will be left squirming on the hook for more than a month before the spp price is fixed....sorry, stating the obvious, really.
