I've been following it since the last cap raise, and have both longed and shorted it quite a number of times.
Well good luck with your position Neo - hopefully I am proved wrong - it would definitely be a shame after all of the work and near $300m capital that has gone into this, for the IP or business value to be "swiped" by creditors, or diluted out of existence by a desperate cap raise.
