If you look at Watpac, they just had a larger private international major buy in 15% from existing holders (chairman)...
If the same thing happened to RMS we may not be listed by the next AGM.
Drawing a long bow, but both of them are in similar situations, with great assets and on the cusp of an operational turn around.
