LBLs product is not in the manufacturing space so there is a distinct difference. They sell repair/refurbishment/life extension of existing components so an overseas facility is not practical/economical because of transportation costs (component to/from repair facility). Not to mention turnaround times, which again are critical for an operational plant ie. getting machinery back online.
But selecting the right location balanced with operating costs is critical and I don't believe management have made the best decisions in this regard.
I really like this company, but investing my dollars hinges on what they do next (geographically)!
