I agree with your post BWB and certainly not impressed that it was just sidelined as "we will update to the extent we are allowed in our next newsletter" - sorry but that just doesn't cut it - the question is not about the inner workings of the deals or the lab it's fairly simply put as - are all the deals still active ? have any failed to materialize ? Which deals are still in progress ? & which deals have been dissolved ? - it's really not a hard question to put into a single page update.

FWIW the last time a newsletter was mentioned it didn't come out for a further 2-3 months & even then addressed really not much at all. No mention of Pfizer or Mediimune ? are they still around ? or have they walked ? Roche gets slipped into one sentence of Janssen talk although even then it's referring to a past occurance. <<< this was a 8 page Shareholder update of what exactly ?

I guess the ground that response has got is that it has made a semi-formal date stamped request for the company to update the status of deals which are alive & which have walked so presumably the response at the request with a delay that may wind out for weeks or even months implys that ALL deals are still active & none have walked ? ----- this really sounds like its walking fine lines though on disclosure to shareholders if it comes out with a shorter list of partners.
