both are spot on.. your not going to get sulphides at surface in the region, but the guchab hill has multiple mine sites and all they did was scratch the surface, and then abandon the sites for kombat which had an easier geology and infrastructure.

some of sabres geos just went up a hill north of the pads at guchab and have found a significant gossan, which is a maiden discovery, but no fanfare from sabre!! this is a significant discovery yet no commentary!! it demonstrates the highlands are basically not even explored at surface, so the possibility of more is likely and the possibility that gossan has a story to tell is even more likely, ask any zebra

early geologists, one hundred years back, insisted the guchab mine was superior to the kombat site, and the management overruled the geo and ran the kombat program, which had delivered great results, but guchab was left by and large unexplored, the drilling today is really the only real exploration drilling undertaken with any seriousness.

the current geological model is vastly different to what the last permit holders thought, so matt is not following up on previous mistakes, but has a view on the geology that has so far demonstrated something well worth following up on pad 1 and pad 5.. and imho the valley floor is the direction its heading

what i really dislike on sabres exploration program is the complete disregard for any exploration at the nehlen mine site

imho that mine sits so close to kombat that it should be the number 1 priority...

if you look at this map of the mine thats on our permit you can see what i mean

sabre is imho exploring from the wrong end, and as much as there is genuine promise at the guchab mine site, the nehlen mine site imho is so close to kombat it is bordering on insanity to ignore it any longer.
