    GBG still falling.

    I am aware of the line from yesterday's announcement about the construction being completed broadly in line witht he revised budget...

    Maybe they revealed a cost blow and seeking insto support. Don't know, but I would have assumed they were able to predict the blowout in December when the pathetic 0.255 raising occurred.
