I don't quite understand why they are using Synergy as the vehicle as they seem to be offering nothing but a shell company and will hold 17% of the new company? Perhaps it's easier than starting a new company from scratch.
The 1 for 7 distribution would be good though as if the shares actually trade at their pre listing 20c valuation as with my rudimentary mathematics that would equate to 2.8 cents per share which is almost 60% of current value.
