The Agri v Minister case which was heard on Nov 8th still awaits a judgement.
It does not matter who wins the vote on the MUM ( Bengwenyama) v Genorah case it will go to a higher court appeal.
However my money is on a resolution between parties once NKP signs up a JV partner.Shares in JSE listed NKP will be offered as a peace deal so that a second mine can be drilled in the future.
