The reason for the 3 day halt is it's the law.

We could be waiting longer than Friday as both the last two trading halts were followed by a suspension. This happens when they can't get the deal and/or paperwork done within the 3 day period.

On the plus side, they are more likely than not to issue operations updates in the next few days as well.

As to the competence of management, well the alternative is to not raise additional capital and go broke. Which do you want?
