Quite obvious Boiler is playing around with latest market feeling which at mom is not too favourable to PRR sp if he has an agenda or not we cannot know fact is that regardless he is not a knowledgeable person in the matter he still through a doubt out there for people to read and that instigate an unconfortable sense to the share holders and to potential new one. You know what they say when you are falsely accused you are already 50% guilt regardless.
