I believe now that one of the sticking points in announcing the galoc nth drill is the fact that they can't or haven't as yet identified the exact location of the target. Some of the targets are in deeper water which would count out the use of the ocean patriot. obviously otto have their hands full at the moment but lets hope . especially for NDO's sake they can identify a good shallow target as this looks like it could be the only exploration well for them (NDO) in years and a long time to come.
