Hi uncleart.

I beg to differ on your statement that companies are
not allowed to guess their drill results.

A perfect example how it was allowed by KBL on their
Graphite results.

They stated to the market that they had drill core of
high grade Graphite, with core depth of up to 144 Mtrs
afew holes like this were released to the ASX, and
when the Lab results came in, they were so minute as in
only a couple of metres of about six metres.

Then a couple of days later, they KBL released a ann
that they retracted and withdrew those previous ann
and it cost s/hs a lot of money, and myself over $56,000
and what did the ASX do, SFA I looked into taking legal
action and I was told I would not win, and on top of
that it would cost me substaintially to do so.

ASIC & the ASX do not give a stuff about normal investors
all their about is helping and allowing the bigboys rip
the normal investor off.

I am not stating that TON have done this but as another
s/h has stated on a previous post, I would wait until
you have confirmed high grade lab results before
investing.
