Hello,
As a small business owner, sometimes, it would be quite difficult if somebody promised me to buy all of my stocks in the shop "with good intention pending approval of his credit card company" and during that time, I shut off my store and waited for this promise to eventuate. Do real business people believe in promises or is it the skills in making such promises that makes one business man better than the other one.
For this, Hanlong wins, SDL management retains its "best for shareholder interest" statement and poor shareholders are left with a massive capital loss and sleepless nights.
As a small business owner out there, what would you have done ?
