Thanks your calculations KGB, that being the case, the sp now is at a huge extreme to a year ago or in the corresponding period, why is this so ? obviously downgrades to earnings hasn't helped and writedowns.

So with all that you have calculated and PWC running over the books, are you anticipating a higher revised bid be it from PN/Sycamore consort. or VF to step up and make a real bid ?
