Patrick M I think would have let I.G. know that Heathgate were very concerned about their declining reserves and that the deposit 4 miles down the road was critical to their global operations.....and as "clever"? as the BB's are they cannot produce the product without the mine. Ian Gandel is protecting B4M which is OUR deposit and our interests.Hang tight and buy if you can. Gosh..The legal target is so clear.
