chicka ... fair comments but my hunch is demobilisation of the existing plant would not be in-expensive. I'm also suspicious that they have long term supply arrangements in place and whilst they might cross it ex the spot market, i doubt a short term supply arrangement against a long term delivery arrangement would be very profitable for the long run ... spot traders are smarter than that IMO.

others ... there is talk that BB's have plenty of money with which to kill time. No-one has money just to kill time. They wouldn't have it in the first place if that was their strategy.
