    SDL tried to take over GBG in 2007. Got banged on the head pretty quickly by shareholders then.

    Dynamics have changed since then eg shares on issue and type of shareholders(insto)

    Dont think it would get thru SDL is a dog and George Jones is now gone. He was the original instigater.
