Let's suppose that JPM is right; $16kg cost & $27kg revenue.
( IMO, $27kg is low because I think that LYC can get a premium price because of long term security of supply & premium quality product)
Looking forward (which the market does) thats $11kg margin by 22,000 tons
or $242 mil profit (no tax).
LYC has 1.72 bln shares which is 14c EPS.
By a modest P/E of 10, thats $1.40 share and I would be happy with that.
IMO, LYC can get $30kg for secure supply which would take EPS to 18c
& SP to $1.80 on a P/E of 10.
I guess its all about time frame and price assumptions.
