Obviously you havent read the announcements too closely because theres 20+ apartments still to be sold. The latest - as opposed to last - was sold at a significant discount to its original selling price.
Id suggest that the removal of the spreadsheet is to stop keen investors realising that only one apartment has been sold in the last financial period. I would imagine that had they sold the lot they'd be much more positive about it updating their website to show sold out or something similar.
But then im no overnight expert...
