That sort of reasoning applies to a company that is trading normally. With Lynas there should be some extra premium for the potential that is has for expansion with assets it already owns and for the potential for further value adding eg. the joint venture with the likes of Siemens.
If you take those values into account then you can easily justify a doubling of the figure suggested.
(as I'm not renouned om these threads for ramping up LYC I justify these remarks by fundamentalism.)
